Kirtania Reglobal is a RERA-registered real estate consultancy (WBRERA/A/NOR/2025/000789) operating across Kolkata and North 24 Parganas. It was founded by Tapesh Kumar Kirtania, an Assistant Engineer who spent thirty years in the Public Works Directorate signing off on buildings before he ever sold one.
That is the difference. A broker shows you a brochure. An engineer inspects the RCC. Before you book a flat in Newtown, Rajarhat, Madhyamgram, Salt Lake or Barasat, we check the structure, verify the RERA registration, read the sanctioned plan against the carpet area, and tell you what the builder will not.

Four things, in this order. One: verify the RERA number on the WBRERA portal yourself — do not take the builder's word. Two: read the sanctioned plan against the carpet area you are being sold. Three: inspect the RCC for cracks, honeycombing and dampness. Four: get the possession timeline in writing. We do all four on a free site visit.
It depends on what you want. Newtown and Rajarhat give you planned infrastructure and metro access — better for occupation and long holding. Madhyamgram and Barasat give you a lower entry price and stronger rental yield — better for income. We give you the comparison, not the pitch.
Yes. NRIs and OCI cardholders may buy residential and commercial property in India under FEMA. Agricultural land, plantations and farmhouses are not permitted.
